Gems and virtual items are licensed to you for in-game use only; they are not your property, have no real-world or monetary value, and cannot be redeemed, exchanged, or cashed out for money or anything of value outside the game. Gems and virtual items are non-transferable. GemWar.com may adjust, rebalance, or discontinue any virtual item or currency at any time as part of operating the game.

Purchases of Gems are processed by our third-party payment processor, Stripe. All purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by law.

Amendments to Terms

GemWar.com unequivocally reserves the right to modify these terms at any juncture. Uninterrupted utilization of the Site is deemed as tacit acceptance of any revised terms.
